Whether you are months away from arriving to Hawaii or already are on the island, applying for a home has never been easier! We’ll take care of everything, and there’s no cost to apply for Active Duty service members. Our leasing team is committed to finding the right home to fit your needs. We have a variety of homes available for families of all sizes. The information you provide helps your leasing consultant find a home that best fits your family's needs.

You may still apply even if you don’t yet have all required documents—any missing items can be submitted later. For the fastest processing, we encourage you to provide all documents prior to arrival or as soon as possible if you are already on island.

Documents required to qualify for a home offer:

Orders and all amendments
Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
If applicable: flight itinerary, leave form/absence request, Page 2, SURF/Solider Talent Profile, or proof of promotion

A housing referral through the Hickam Military Housing Office is required and may be initiated within 30 days of arrival. To begin the process, please contact the office at 808-312-0199 or 808-590-1402, or email [email protected] to request your housing referral.
