Resident Advisory Panels
Hickam Communities provides residents with an opportunity to develop and strengthen their relationship with property management and fellow residents through its Resident Advisory Panels (RAP).
The panels gives residents an opportunity to get involved in and take ownership of their community. Hearing directly from residents through a formal organization comprised, in part, of residents will help ensure Hickam Communities is taking the appropriate actions that will benefit the community as a whole and meet the needs of families. Residents can become involved in identifying and recommending positive changes to improve their neighborhoods. The desired outcome is to build community among Hickam Communities families and provide a great living experience for Service Members and their families. Resident Advisory Panels have been established in each community and meet regularly.
The community-based panels address specific needs and identify opportunities in individual neighborhoods. This is an opportunity to share ideas and suggestions, express concerns, and work with the property management team to develop solutions. Come join the fun! Hickam Communities is currently seeking residents to volunteer and be part of their community's Resident Advisory Panel.
