Program Schedule

Currently most Hickam Communities' homes are included in the Residential  Energy Conservation Program (RECP), and are receiving a monthly "mock billing" statement.  There are a small number of additional homes in Officer Field and Hale Na Koa 2 that will be added to the program in the coming months.

The energy conservation statements are not bills. Their purpose is to familiarize families with their utility consumption and help prepare them for live billing; the Air Force anticipates launching live billing at Hickam Communities in 2014.
