Hickam Communities offers the convenience of Online Service Requests for Routine repairs to residents who have a signed Permission to Enter (PTE) on file with Hickam Communities. If you have a PTE on file, please proceed to submit an online request by completing the form located at the bottom of this page. We look forward to serving you!

For Emergency or Urgent service requests, please contact our 24-hour maintenance call center at 808-423-1650. For all life threatening emergencies, please dial 9-1-1.

What to expect when submitting an Online Routine Service Request

At the beginning of each workday, Online Service Requests are reviewed and repairs are scheduled. You can expect a response for Routine requests within two business days. If you have a signed PTE on file and have provided adequate detail for creating and scheduling the service request, no further action is required. A member of our maintenance team will be dispatched to your home to make the requested repair at our earliest opportunity. If we require additional information in order to ensure the proper technician is assigned, we will contact you via phone or email.
